On December 13, 2023, at Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), three units under Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (Institute for Tropical Technology, Institute of Chemistry and Institute of Natural Products Chemistry) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE). Speaking at the signing ceremony Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh, Principal of Hanoi National University of Education, highly appreciated the cooperation agreement on scientific research training and technology transfer between HNUE University and three research institutes; At the same time, it emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of scientific research, as well as the prospects of scientific research, the sharing of scientific teams, and the expansion of scientific research human resources in parallel with application and transfer technology that the University can carry out with 03 research institutes.

Representatives of the three research institutes said that the VAST's research and training cooperation has been implemented regularly. This cooperation agreement will help promote coordination of scientific research and training between research units. Research and schools outside the VAST; opens up many prospects for cooperation in scientific research, training and applications between the University and research units, contributing to the development of the unit.
